Overview

At DesignAIpro, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how subscription cancellations, plan downgrades, and refunds are handled for our AI services.


1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their paid subscriptions at any time through their DesignAIpro account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Self-Cancellation: Go to your account dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
  • Support-Assisted Cancellation: Email us at support@designaipro.com with your registered email ID and subscription details.
  • Once canceled, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer limited refunds depending on the nature of your subscription and usage. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review based on the conditions below:

  • Eligible for Refund:
    • Duplicate payments made due to a technical error.
    • Unauthorized or accidental renewal charged within 48 hours of payment.
    • Service disruptions caused by verified technical faults from DesignAIpro’s end.
  • Not Eligible for Refund:
    • Change of mind or unused AI credits.
    • Partial use of a monthly or annual subscription.
    • Services or features already delivered and used successfully.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Email your request to billing@designaipro.com with:
    • Your registered email ID
    • Payment reference or invoice number
    • Reason for the refund request
  • Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Auto-Renewal Policy

All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

  • Reminders are sent prior to renewal (where applicable).
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled anytime from your account’s billing settings.

6. No Refund on Promotional Offers

Subscriptions purchased under discounts, promotional codes, or lifetime offers are non-refundable. These offers are final and cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded once activated.
